Insulator cleaning

In wet weather, dirty insulator is prone to flashover discharge, so it must be cleaned to restore the original insulation level. One year in general area

Clean once, and clean the polluted area twice a year (once before the fog season).

1. Power cut cleaning

Power cut cleaning is to wipe the pole with a cloth after the power cut. If it cannot be cleaned, it can be cleaned with wet cloth or detergent. If it cannot be cleaned, the insulator or composite insulator should be replaced.

2. Cleaning without power cut

Generally, the insulator is rubbed on the running line by the insulating rod with brush or cotton yarn. The electrical performance and effective length of the insulating pole used, and the distance between the person and the live part shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding voltage level, and the operation must be supervised by a specially assigned person.

3. Charged water flushing

There are two methods: big water flushing and small water flushing. The washing water, the effective length of the operating rod and the distance between the person and the live part must meet the requirements of the industrial regulations.
